You must have ESP girl!!! I was thinking just this morning that I must drop you a note.
First of all, I want to thank you for delivering our tickets to Jen. She was delighted to meet you in person . It was awfully good of you to do that for us.
The trip was a smashing success! I'm sure Jen will write 20 pages on Trip Advisor about the resort. It's a pretty long haul including the bus trip to get to the resort, but once we arrived, everyone forgot about how tired they were.
We were all taken care of immediately and taken to our rooms. The resort is fabulous and the people are so friendly and helpful, we were just blown away with all of it. The rooms were very very nice and very comfortable. Erin and Darcy were in a different complex from the rest of us and I think that worked out well for them with the children. They were closer to the restaurants (not that we were far away) but with little people you know how it is. All of the staff greet you constantly and ask how you are and can they get anything for you. Unbelievable!
The resort is beautiful. Have you been there? Nice and clean, wonderful food, lots to do if you want to do activities and beautiful clean white sand with the warmest water for just relaxing or playing in. Lots of lounges and towels. The pools were very clean. Food and drink was always available.
Jen and Brian had some meetings regarding the wedding and I know I'm biased, but I have to say this one was perfect, down to every detail. Everyone was really happy with every single part of the wedding, the dinner, all of it. Now, the kids may tell you other things that we don't know about, but from our point of view it was perfect. We had a beautiful day with some clouds, a little breeze. The wedding coordinator had everything running just smoothly, they certainly are pros at this. Of course Jen was beautiful and the whole event was very moving for all of us. The wedding was on the beach, the dinner was on the beach under one of those big grass umbrellas and the boys even hired three local musicians to come and play and sing for us. It was great fun.
There's also lots for children to do. They have Bert, Ernie, Cookie Monster and Elmo and the days are just packed with all sorts of activities for all ages of children.
We all experienced The Red Lane Spa for everything from hairdo's, manicures, pedicures to massages and without a doubt they are the best. I can still smell the wonderful fragrance of when we first walked in (ha ha).
I could go on for days about this...........but I won't. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful all the staff are. They are a very proud country and make it very clear they want you to return to Jamaica Mon.
Bill and I were talking about doing another Sandal's trip sometime in the future instead of going back to Maui, that's how much we loved it.
So, thank you so much my girl, you did a great job as always.
